Service Description
Bespoke sharing circles to speak about you and your life.. Connect with a heart centred community and talk from a vulnerable, and authetic place. Proven to improve mental wellbeing, team-bonding, loneliness, depression and purpose. Connection is the medicine. You can join our free online circles or we can organise bespoke circles for you and your people based off your needs. Offering both online, & in-person gatherings. To maintain intimacy and to ensure everyone has the space and time to be fully seen, heard and suppported, we limit our sharing circles to 10 participants maximum.
